2023 - 2024 Seasons Highlights

A great season for the Club with a number of notable successes.

Season started with the new upgraded replacement pitch at Kings (Beautiful blue astro and new LED lights) and excellent Club Day in September.

A restructured Men’s group settled down and delivered a strong set of results, with Men’s 1st XI, 2nd XI, 3rd XI and 4th XI all achieving league promotions, and Men’s Vets sides Wizards & Wanderers both having successful seasons too.

Our Women’s teams went from strength to strength, with 1st XI achieving promotion to South Prem One, 3rd XI promoted to the new South 1 league, and 2nd & 4th XI achieving a top three finish. Even better, growing numbers and excellent club spirit will see the return of the Ladies 5th XI this coming season - up the Tigers!

Our superb junior club retained Talent Centre status, and with help of super sponsors Happy Hot Tubs, continued the school outreach programme to introduce primary school children in Winchester to our beautiful game. With one of the best junior coaching programmes in Hampshire across all age groups, and numerous fixture opportunities plenty of hockey has been delivered and enjoyed. Competition success in EH Championship, Indoor and Hants In2Hockey have all been achieved this season

The Club has 3 men’s and 2 women’s teams and 2 mixed teams playing summer hockey throughout the summer season, and a summer camp for enthusiastic youngsters is underway again. All details on Teamo
