Membership details

Winchester welcomes new Members of every type and age, from Players to Coaches, Umpires, Managers, First Aiders, Committee Members and more. We have a fine reputation for being a friendly Club, and would welcome your contribution.

The Club is also recognised as a well organised Club having achieved the England Hockey ClubMark status.

From this page you can register your application to join the Club, and the membership secretary will contact you with a direct link to complete your application via the Club’s membership system. Please click the relevant button below.

Key information you need to know:-

Membership and playing fees.

All Members must pay their subscription fees at the start of each season - from June, and by 30th September in full, at the latest (and must be paid at time of registration). Please see your Teamo account.

Match fees must be paid in full on the day every match played, without exception – please remember to pay through the Teamo App.

Please note:
1.  Subs should be paid by 1st September, and must be paid by 30th September 2024 latest
2.  Goalkeepers using kit provided by the club shall pay full subs for their age group
3.  Any juniors playing adult Saturday games shall pay £8 match fees
4.  Match fees to be paid on the day of the match through Teamo or cash to the team Captain

Financial Hardship: The Club recognises that from time to time certain members may need the support of the club to continue playing. Members concerned are asked to please make direct contact, in confidence, to either the Treasurer, or the relevant Membership Secretary, who will be able to help you.
